His initial response was feeling strange and even being astonished. That was because UH is new to him. I asked him about how we can explain UH better. Here is his advice.

  1. At first, avoid using the words, Universal Human or Universal Identity. These are new words to many people and they would just confuse them. Instead, initiate a conversation with feeling closer to other people when they traveled foreign countries or reading tragedy of other people. Empathy with foreign people is a great start to the conversation.
  2. After the initial conversation, explain what UH and UI are. That clarify people mind that we all belong to one species. 
  3. At last, we can talk about what we are aiming at. We can talk about global peace, environmental issues, anti-racism, etc.
