Racism and Universal Human

It is extremely rare for a human to discriminate his/her own people. The French do not discriminate other French, neither do Chinese to other Chinese. Discrimination is possible only when people have different identities like White American and Black American. So, when a person has Universal Identity or Human Identity, it is impossible for him/her to discriminate fellow humans. It is like saying or doing bad things to his or her own people.

When more people have Universal Identity, the world will be less discriminative.

Universal Human is the only force that enable our spices to protect our planet

This is the chart showing CO2 emission per capita of selected countries. As you can see the rich countries dominating the list.

This is the same old story that some nations, often powerful, break or do not care about the rules, and other nations suffer. This is similar to a person who does not care about other people's pain.

Identity can change that. People in Texas, where oil production is the highest in America, share the same identity as Americans, so they follow the rules set by the federal government. This is because Americans share a sense of unity and ready to bear the cost of social and economic policies.

We can do that at the global level. If enough percentage of humans share Human Identity, it is a lot easier for us to share the sense of unity and bear the cost. Just like people in Texas, more of us can support the policies to protect the environment even if it might hurt our economy.

This makes our evangelical effort more important. We need more Universal Human in every county on the earth.

We should develop Federal Government of the Earth with measured speed.

Many of us believe in the Federal Government of the Earth (FGE). We all have Human and Universal Identity, so we long for a government that aligns with our thoughts and behavior. That is why we are determined to create FGE that would deal with planet-wide problems such as Global stability, Environmental Protection, and Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

However, other than these three issues, there is no agenda or problem that FGE should be handling, and it is local governments, or national governments, that should deal with many aspects of our lives.

This is important because some people, including myself, believe in small governments and they do not want to expand the authority of government. For them, FGE is another layer of a big government. Hence, if we do not communicate with them effectively, they might be against FGE.

Also, creating a government is no easy task. It requires a lot of resources especially legal expertise. If we try to create FGE without enough preparation and resources, ordinary people might feel insecure and be against FGE.

So, when we talk about the creation of FGE, the two things listed below should be kept in mind.

The authority of FGE should be limited to global issues only.
We should develop FGE with good preparation and securing resources.

This might slow down the speed of developing FGE, but it is better than heading directly into failure without popular support. We take one step at a time.
